Refund & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:By making a purchase on Rekha AI you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on rekhaai.app(the “Website”) and is operated by STALIN E COMMERCE COMPANY (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Nature of Our Products

Rekha AI provides digital products and services, including but not limited to:

  • AI-generated palm reading reports (PDF)
  • Astrological insights and predictions
  • Subscription-based access to premium features
  • One-time unlockable digital content

Because our products are digital goods that are generated and delivered instantly and electronically upon payment, they do not fall under the category of physical goods subject to standard return and refund provisions.

2. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any purchase made on our platform, including but not limited to:

  • PDF report purchases
  • Subscription plans (monthly or annual)
  • One-time premium unlocks
  • Any other paid feature or service

This policy exists because digital goods are consumed immediately upon delivery and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Once a report is generated and delivered, the service has been fully rendered.

3. Cancellation Policy

One-time purchases cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and the digital product has been delivered.

Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, you may cancel it at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period already paid for.

4. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error on our end.
  • Non-delivery: If a paid report was never generated or delivered due to a confirmed technical failure on our end.

To request a review under these exceptions, please email us at help@rekhaai.app within 7 days of your purchase with your order details. We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery to the payment processor or bank.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
