The services provided by Rekha AI, including all AI-generated palm readings, astrological insights, horoscopes, and related content, are automated digital services provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Rekha AI is an automated service designed to provide astrological insights:

• All astrological insights, palm readings, and “remedies” are completely generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Because this is an automated AI system, there is a margin of error. The AI can and will make mistakes or generate inaccurate statements.
• You must use your own judgment to determine if any generated statement is true or applicable to you.
• We do not claim to predict the future with certainty, nor do we claim to cure any diseases, financial problems, or relationship issues.
• Our content does not constitute, and should never be used as a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal, or business advice.
• You should never make important life decisions based solely on the output of this application.

2. Absolute Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law (including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019), Rekha AI, its founders, developers, employees, and affiliates shall under no circumstances be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of the application.

We assume absolutely no obligation or liability for any actions you take, decisions you make, or emotional distress you may experience as a result of using our services. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past one month.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellation

All payments made for PDF reports, subscriptions, or unlockable content are final and processed by STALIN E COMMERCE COMPANY. Because our product is a digital good delivered immediately upon generation, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except as described in our dedicated policy. By initiating a transaction, you agree to this strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.
