• AI Palm Reading Reports (PDF) — generated and made available for download within your account immediately after payment confirmation.
• Premium Feature Unlocks — activated instantly upon successful payment.
• Subscription Access — granted immediately upon payment and active for the duration of the billing cycle.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Since all products are digital, delivery is instantaneous in most cases:

• PDF Reports: Available for download within seconds to a few minutes of payment confirmation, depending on AI processing time and server load.
• Subscriptions & Unlocks: Access is granted immediately after payment is processed.

If you experience a delay of more than 30 minutes in receiving your product, please check your account dashboard first. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

3. How You Receive Your Product

Once your payment is confirmed, your digital product will be accessible via:

• Your Account Dashboard — log in to rekhaai.app and navigate to your account to view and download your reports.
• Email Notification — a confirmation email may be sent to your registered email address with a download link or access instructions.

4. No Physical Shipping

As Rekha AI is a fully digital service platform, we do not ship any physical items. There are no delivery charges, no courier services, and no tracking numbers associated with any purchase made on this platform.

Consequently, there is no concept of shipping cost or delivery address for any of our products.

5. Delivery Failures

In the rare event that a product is not delivered due to a technical error on our end (e.g., payment processed but report not generated), please contact us within 7 days:
